As of now, all relevant mandatory product certification implementation rules (CCC), the corresponding standards should be modified accordingly, the mandatory product certification designation certification bodies in accordance with the revised standards issued by the mandatory product certification.
For a mandatory product certification that has been issued, it can be updated to a revised standard when the certificate expires or changes.
Customers need to complete the product nameplate marking and other information updates within the 2-year transition period (March 22, 2019) and use the new standard for new application or change.

The announcement includes:

BSMI accepts an old (non-RoHS) or new (RoHS) application during the transition period (between the date of publication and the date of enforcement), but the certificate of the old version (no RoHS) will automatically expire after the date of enforcement.

Brazilian wireless and communications products authority ANATEL import new system to automatically control the expiration certificate (CoC).
This new system is based on Resolution 242, released in 2000.
Brazil under the ANATEL, set up a number of OCD (Designated Certification Organization), ANATEL can review different products on the report and documents, and issue products CoC. After obtaining the CoC, the product can be sent to ANATEL to obtain the final Homologation.
In the past CoC's validity period is managed by OCD, and CoC can be renewed and extended after expiration.

CoC has expired for more than 180 days and will be automatically revoked by the system.
If the CoC is revoked in the system, it will not be able to make the expiration date.

The validity of the certificate is changed from the previous one year to the date on which the product category is defined.
